# Owner console

# Owner console

Authorized owners can open `/admin` to review users, usage and email drafts. Ordinary accounts cannot access its private queries.

## Find a user

Search by first name, last name, full name or email. Search results use relevance ordering. Clear the search to return to the sortable usage directory.

The directory loads 100 accounts at a time and supports **Load more**, top-model and public-consent filters, and configurable columns. Sort by recorded tokens, sessions, name, top model, last active or join date. Last active and join date support newest-first and oldest-first ordering.

Open a user to see their top models and monthly usage. The six-month history groups retained session totals by session-start month in UTC. The gauge compares against the largest token total currently loaded; it is not a billing or plan-limit meter.

## Public and private views

Owners can review accounts regardless of leaderboard consent. The public board includes only opted-in accounts and exposes fewer fields. See [usage leaderboard](/dashboard/usage-leaderboard).

This console does not enable team membership, moderation, impersonation or planned evaluation leaderboards.

## Email drafts

The email tab supports drafts, previews, recipient search, readiness checks and history. Selecting one existing account does not send an email. Sending is a separate explicit action and is blocked while `RESEND_TEST_MODE=true`.

The footer's mailing address comes from `EMAIL_POSTAL_ADDRESS` on the relevant Convex deployment. Change it in the deployment's environment settings. Do not put personal mailing addresses in public source files.

## Fork owners

Replace the hosted owner identities in `convex/lib/adminPolicy.ts` and configure verified WorkOS claims before using the console. See [WorkOS setup](/auth/workos).
